• For quotations, design previews, approvals, printing updates, delivery updates, and customer support.
• We do not sell or share customer data with third parties.

3. WhatsApp Consent

• Customers contact us voluntarily via WhatsApp.
• By initiating chat, customers consent to receive messages related to their enquiry/order.

4. No Spam / Promotional Messaging

• We do not send spam or unrelated promotional messages.
• No third-party advertisements are sent.

5. Opt-Out Policy

• Customers can opt out anytime by replying “STOP”.
• After opting out, we will stop WhatsApp messages unless the customer contacts us again.
