These terms apply to all design and printing services provided by Sonaa Digital Prints. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms.
1. Design Approval
- Printing starts only after customer approval (“OK to Print”).
- After approval, changes may not be possible or may require additional charges.
- Customers must verify spelling, names, dates, sizes, and content before approval.
2. Payment
- Advance payment may be required for bulk or special orders.
- Final payment is due before delivery or at the time of pickup.
- Printed items are non-refundable and non-returnable once printing is completed.
3. Color & Print Variation
- Minor color differences can occur due to screen vs print variation and material differences.
- Such variations are normal in printing and are not treated as defects.
4. Delivery & Turnaround
- Delivery time depends on quantity, design complexity, and workload.
- Urgent orders are subject to availability.
- Unavoidable delays (power, machine maintenance, etc.) will be communicated.
5. Customer Content Responsibility
- Customer content must not violate copyright or applicable laws.
- We reserve the right to reject restricted/illegal/offensive content.
